What is Vbridger?

Vbridger is a paid plug-in for Vtube Studio (IOS only) that enables advanced tracking of eye and mouth movement. Our studio currently only offers Vbridger implementation for the mouth. Advanced mouth tracking involves movement of the jaws as the mouth is opened and closed, and wider mouth opening range.

Navigator : DesignersEach fictional role represents the member’s role in aeru. Some members may have a range of specialties which technically grants them multiple roles, however for now we have elected the roles based on their main duties during the founding of aeru.

As we prefer to keep our circle of independent creators small and close-knit, aeru studio is not actively seeking new members. Any new members will be based on the recommendation and jurisdiction of our own members.

ORDERING

We have a strong commitment to a monthly intake schedule. Our Application Submission period is generally open between the 1st and 4th of every month. Our selected clients for the month are contacted within two days after the submission period has closed.

We will only be accepting, working on and engaging in discussion about projects within the current month of application. We will not be reserving slots for clients who wish to work with us in the next month or further.Please ensure you have all your information, designs, references, model PSDs etc. ready by the time we open our application submissions (the first week of every month) to improve your chances of being shortlisted.We cannot guarantee that incomplete submissions or submissions where designs, references, model PSDs etc. that are to be completed in the middle or late period of the working month will be selected for commission.

In terms of commissioning, this may vary depending on their availability during the application period, but generally you may request to work with a specific member through our studio.Directly contacting relevant studio members via social media with regards to a project is considered a violation. This is to ensure that all parties’ communications are in one place to provide transparency and ease the communicative process of private messages.Violating this agreement will put the client or any individual representing the said client at risk of termination and consequently blacklist from submitting future requests with aeru studio.

Through contracting our services, it is assumed that the client will use our products for commercial purposes. As such, all products provided by aeru studio are generally accompanied by a commercial licence of their choosing and priced accordingly (see TOS for more information).For a personal project, clients may submit an application form as normal during the application period (please clearly label ‘(Personal Use)’ at the end of the document title). Our project manager will determine whether the relevant member is available for commission. Please note that commercial requests may take priority, however.Furthermore, vtuber model artworks, L2D rigging, chibi vtuber models and stream graphics will not be considered as personal use.

In general complexity may involve frills, outfits with a lot of accessories which require their own physics, liquid simulation, complex structure, etc. Please note that complexity is up to the individual member’s discretion.

Our members generally work on an individualised rate to cater to their different skills and capabilities. Our different services include price ranges to accommodate these differences. We recommend having a budget within these ranges if you seek to work with us. Some services (not all) will have a standard studio rate which all members work under.

Communication

Please take into consideration that our service providers and project managers may take 1-3 business days to respond.

Google Chat Space is a more casual space for discussion that is efficient in managing group conversations for multi-department projects. You will be placed in a Google Chat Space along with our project manager and assigned members for the duration of your project if you choose to elect this method of communication.

Payment

We prefer that all payments be made in full and upfront in USD via Paypal only unless otherwise specified.Payment must be submitted within 3 days after confirmation of quotations. The commission may be terminated should the payment not be made by the date specified, unless reasoning is given.
